Jennifer Harbison MA, VetMB, MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon & Director

Jennifer qualified from the University of Cambridge in 2003.

On graduation Jennifer worked for a mixed practice in Buckingham, undertaking a wide variety of equine work and establishing a flourishing equine reproductive service.

After this she spent a period working for an equine practice with a focus on sports horse medicine and poor performance examinations before joining The Vet Centre in Maids Moreton in 2005. Here she developed and expanded the equine division which, in 2018, evolved into a separate practice, Equine Veterinary & Reproduction.

In recent years Jennifer has attended a large number of bloodstock sales in the UK, France and USA both for clients and assisting bloodstock agents, frequently being involved in the sale and purchase of horses with multimillion pound price tags.

Jennifer has a particular interest in the Thoroughbred racehorses. She is the Senior Veterinary Surgeon at multiple Point-to-Point race courses including Kingston Blount, Edgcote and Kimble as well as Senior Veterinary Advisor for the South Midlands area.

In her spare time Jennifer enjoys training and riding point-to-pointers.
